HVLP Paint Sprayer - Troubleshooting

TM-500 & TM-663 | Paint cannot be sprayed out

In this case, please do not think the sprayer is broken and thorw it away.

The motor is running normally but paint can cannot be sprayed out. 

It is because the sprayer was not cleaned thoroughly after used, vent holes are stuck by dried paint. 

(You can find the vent holes on each side of paint pick-up tube.)

The sprayer cannot work normally if air couldn't pass through the vent holes.

We can fix this problem by simply removing the dried paint inside.

Step1. Get a bamboo skewer

Step2. Push the bamboo skewer into the 2 vent holes to remove dired paint.

After removing dried paint, the sprayer will work normally again.
