HVLP Paint Sprayer - Troubleshooting

TM-71 & TM-73 | Paint cannot be sprayed out

One of the reasons for this problem is because the check valve was not cleaned after use,causing the spring

in the check valve to be stuck by the dried paint,  and the air could not be sent into the container normally,

so the paint could not be sucked up.

So before you use, you can take a bamboo stick,

and push the spring of the check valve to confirm that it is not stuck, then the sprayer can work normally.

If the spring is stuck, take the lid off and clean the spring, sleeve and lid.

In fact, many problems of the sprayer are caused by not being cleaned,

or drid paint stuck on some parts, so the paint cannot be delivered smoothly.

Therefore, cleaning after use is really important,

and it is related to whether the sprayer can be used for a long time.
